Signs and Symptoms

1. Neurotoxicity. There appears to be definite neurotoxicity as a major clinical feature of the envenomation. Return to this step.
2. Rhabdomyolysis. Is the patient exhibiting signs or symptoms of myolysis? This can manifest as myalgia and might show up, if present, as myoglobinuria ascetainable by eye without the need of a full ward test or laboratory test.
