Dart, Richard
Associate Professor Richard Dart is Director of the Rocky Mountains Poison and Drug Centre and Director of Clinical Toxicology at the University of Colorado. He is a clinical toxicologist with an interest in envenomations, particularly snake bites and spider bites in North America. He visited the Australian Venom Research Unit in November 1999, when he delivered a seminar on the development and use of therapeutic antibodies and a clinical trial of "CroTab" ovine antivenom for North American crotalid (rattlesnake and cottonmouth) bites. He also has an interest in North American spider bites.
