| Abstract | A fraction of tiger snake venom rich in haemolysin but not the whole venom, red-bellied black snake venom, mulga snake venom and bee venom give protection against staphylococcal toxin in mice; the toxoided tiger snake venom fraction protects mice against intraperitoneal challenge with live staphylococci; the haemolysin-rich fraction of tiger snake venom also protects mice against tetanus toxin. |
