(Mainly 1993 - 1996). Box 3 and 4: Correspondence files. (Mainly 1994 - 1998). They include ant venom research material, responses to general enquiries, & correspondence in relation to campaign for continued support/funding for venom research. Files are arranged in alphabetic order. There are a number of miscellaneous correspondence files e.g. E (correspondents whose surnames begin with E). As well as correspondence issued by Sutherland, some letters issued by Ken Winkel & Gabrielle Hawdon are included.
